Patsy's Run 2014
This event is in memory of and dedicated to
Patsy Hurst. Patsy was diagnosed with a rare and very aggressive
form of lung cancer (which had already spread to her liver and
bones) in June 2011. Patsy fought a positive, strong, courageous
and inspirational battle with this terrible disease. She passed
away October 20, 2011 on her terms. Patsy loved to ride. She
was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and registered nurse.
Please visit our Honor Wall, it was created for you to show your support for someone who is battling, has survived, or in memory of someone lost to this terrible disease. We Honor them all with our event, we ride for them, and we ride to find a cure.
Your support is greatly appreciated.

3rd Annual "Patsy's Run 2014"
It's only a month away I usually follow that intro with all the things we offer on this run, but this time I think I shall only comment on why we do this run. I’ll be honest, in my own selfish way I wanted it to be all about Patsy. I wanted her memory kept alive. To honor the person she was and a way to rid the world of this terrible disease.
I’m not sure if it’s because I am more aware of cancer now or whether because it seems to be affecting family and friends more, but It has become so much more for me now. We can’t seem to go a day without hearing of it affecting another person, friend or family.
Please ride with us to help Fight cancer. Ride in honor of those we have lost, ride for support of those who are in the battle now or have beaten this disease.
Every little bit we can bring in from tickets sales, t-shirt 50/50 raffle or anything else I can think of offering is all going to research for the cure.
This run we ride in memory of Patsy, but it’s dedicated to all who have subdued, suffered with or may be even fighting it now.
Ride to fight cancer!!
